What is your returns procedure?

For digital purchases, eBooks, with download links will automatically be delivered to your email. As per digital product, there are no refunds issue afterwards as they're not physical products and there is no returns because you can't return the knowledge or the download.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Digital purchases are delivered immediately after purchase, and are also emailed to you. You may wish to check your promotions inbox to check your login information has not been sent there.
